Days 61–90: Growth
- Week 9–10: If volume is needed now: launch a tightly-matched Google Ads campaign to your best landing page.
- Week 11: Referral network refresh: a short, warm update to physicians and fellow clinicians.
- Week 12: Review the numbers—inquiries/week, cost per inquiry, consult-to-client rate—and set the next quarter’s plan.
The metrics that matter
Track four numbers weekly: website visitors, inquiries, consults booked, clients started. Everything else is commentary. If inquiries rise but clients do not, the leak is response speed or consult conversion—not marketing volume.
Yes—by day 90 most practices following this sequence have steady inquiries from maps, directories and (if used) ads, with SEO compounding behind them. Full SEO maturity takes longer, but the inquiry engine is running.
